TYPES OF FOUNDATIONS: surface, semi-deep and deep (piles).

TYPES OF PILES: these can be prefabricated, and in situ piles.

ON-SITE PILOTS WE CARRY OUT:

CPI-4: Recoverable jacket. The tubing is removed as the concrete is being poured. With diameters from 450mm to 2000mm with a maximum depth of 40m.

CPI-5: Lost shirt. The casing is left as reinforcement next to the pile that has been manufactured in situ. With diameters from 450mm to 2000mm with a maximum depth of 40m.

CPI-7: These piles do not use casing or bentonite mud, because the type of terrain does not require it. With diameters from 450mm to 2000mm with a maximum depth of 40m.

CPI-8: Continuous auger. In this type of Piles the spiral is hollow and, through it, the concreting is carried out while the ground is extracted. With diameters from 350mm to 550mm with a maximum depth of 25m.

WHAT IS THE FOUNDATION

The foundation is responsible for distributing the weight of a structure over the entire land dedicated to the construction of the building. To do this, it must comply with the depth necessary to withstand changes in the soil (temperature, humidity, ground movements). Respect the stability and size of the soil to be built, as well as absorb those failures that the terrain presents, thus balancing the soil (stability and size).
